Patient Testimonials

I was terminated from this practice for having autism. I have autism and went here for years without any issues. I was rationing my mental health medications because my other provider wasn't able to prescribe due to some issues they were dealing with. I went to a follow up appointment and had difficulty giving a urine test. I offered to give it after the appointment and wouldn't leave without providing it but I had to ask the provider one simple question regarding my mental health medications. The receptionist at the front desk denied me even after paying the $50 for my medical card renewal. She kept repeating herself as if she was A.I. I had a meltdown related to autism from high stress levels and broke down in the office upset and I walked out really upset. They terminated the patient-doctor relationship because of my outburst related to autism. When I get episodes like this it feels like electricity running through my body. I reported this clinic to the medical board, the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, and my insurance. They said they have a zero tolerance policy on "outburst" so they must terminate anyone with a mental defect in their clinic who commits an outburst. How do you maintain behavioral health medications when you don't tolerate behavior related to a condition. I left immediately when i started to have the meltdown. I been coming here for years and i even read Dr. Tayeb's book on pain. I have been nothing but respectful my entire time coming to this clinic. It is not ethical. I will be aggressively pursuing this until disciplinary action is taken. You will be receiving my Intent To Sue letter soon

Dr. Tayeb is a great doctor. He listens to you and honestly seems to care about his patients. The staff have always been very nice and considerate to me.

Red headed receptionist was completely unfit to deal with the public. My grandmother can't stand on her own and they needed a urine sample. I understand this is something we have to do and I understand that they need to reschedule if she can't produce one. What I don't understand is why this woman had to be so dismissive and rude to everybody. I also don't know what I would have done if my girlfriend wasn't there. I guess just go into the women's room with my grandmother? This woman was entirely unhelpful and had no compassion. My grandmother asked if she could talk to a nurse about this (which she has done in the past many times when she had issues producing urine) and the woman said "No they're busy" in the absolute rudest tone. The younger blond woman who rescheduled us was completely friendly and normal which we appreciated after dealing with the awful woman at the front desk. Also, their iPad paperwork system is total trash and they don't offer to help you with it. I saw three people walk in and say they couldn't do it on their phone because their trash website wouldn't format properly and cut off text. Bottom line; I don't believe the nurses were busy and I know the receptionist wasn't because she was absolutely useless. Why even have her there? The paper work is digital, she's clearly not helping, and she's just being an awful person to a bunch of senior citizens.

Everytime I take my daughter for her appointment i wait hours! If she is 15 minutes late they reschedule her! This Dr. can make you wait for hours past your appointment time to get a shot! Not once but everytime! They will tell you he is on time today! They lie! He is never on time! I gave him one star but he doesn't even deserve that! I would find a different Dr. These wait times are ridiculous and totally uncalled for! They are just over booking and making people wait! Not right at all! A lot of these people are in pain to begin with and a lot are elderly! Why would you do this to people it's just not right!!!!
