What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“First time here and Dr Zachary Klinger was amazing! Made me feel really comfortable and describing everything diminished my anxiety as had never had a spinal shot like this. I didn't get sedation (my choice) I was a little worried of the pain but it was not near as painful as I expected! It helped he talked to me as he was doing the procedure so I knew what was happening and it took my mind off what was going on! 24 hours on I feel 100% better and no pain ! No reaction from needle puncture. It left the tiniest bruise that has almost faded in 24 hrs. Will definitely go back and recommend too.”

“Everyone was very helpful and friendly in a place where patients may have some fear. They were thorough and Dr. Zack Klinger explained every step of my procedure as it progressed, making me very comfortable. I will go back to him when my neurologist orders another treatment. And I feel great.”
— James Weis
“Went in for knee injections and walked out feeling like a million bucks! Got my knee drained in addition to the procedure o went in for. I thought I was in for some pain but Doc knows his stuff and is an absolute G at what he does, highly recommend!”

“I'm a 65-year-old male that was referred by Baptist East Hospital to go to Commonwealth pain management, after hours release from the hospital after two days I was treated for back spasms so severe I could barely walk, on January 8 I went into Dr. cleaner's office, hoping to get some relief for my back pain, I assume that they was going to give me an epidural, but they said my insurance wouldn't cover it. They had to wait to hear back from the insurance company. I was in so much pain I asked if he could do anything help me relieve the pain. He gave me some numb shots in my back five injections, hoping that it would work I went home and the next day I was worse than I was when I went there on call in the office and asking for some pain medicine until they had my insurance approved. My epidural I was told I can only get muscle relaxers , after pleading with Dr. Klinger that I couldn't stand the pain I have indigestion and I've been eating Advil like crazy. Still refuse to give me anything for pain I'm a 65-year-old male that takes good care of myself I don't do illegal drugs nor do I smoke, but the arrogance of this doctor to God decided that he didn't wanna do anything for my pain, I have never been treated so badly in my life and at the time of making this review, I'm still trying to seek help from my back pain. I'm currently flat on my back and excruciating pain waiting for my primary care doctor to call me with another referral to go somewhere where they have some compassion , I hate making post but I feel when you put your trust in a doctor to help you that's what they should do. And I'm sure there's many more people like me that just don't post worse experience in my life so sorry my waste of my time going there and not getting any relief , it's unbelievable to me that they can call a pain management”
