“This place is a scam. They will send you a text from a number which has been identified as a known scammer. In the text they will tell you to be there 30 minutes before and a link to fill out paperwork. 19 PAGES of information. THAT is a scam. In 55 years I've never had a Dr ask for 19 pages of information. IF by chance they legitimately needed 19 pages of information to perform the routine procedure of a shot of cortisol, then WHY had the referring Doctors (VA) not sent over that information as part of a records request. And finally, "a link in a text". Even if the number hadn't been identified as from a scammer, how are people expecting people to fill out 19 pages on a phone. Why not on an email so the person could access the link from a PC where it would be feasible to do that. No, I cannot be more sincere. AVOID this Doctor and the clinic.”
