“ONLY reason I'm leaving 1 star is cause I can't give negative stars, appointment was going fine until the owner of the practice comes in talking about injection in my knee, hip and back. First off I told them I don't have issues other than being 43 with knees and my hip has a nerve pinch so what is a steroid going to do for a pinched nerve, but again saying I need to have injections in my knee I knew at that point he's just a Dr that wants to inject inject inject and Bill insurance regardless if the injection works or is even needed. Also told me NOT to see neuro surgeon as the Dr/owner didn't want me to have surgery on my back which again is ONLY thing that bothered me. I have stage 2 kidney disease so their solution put me on meloxicam whike already on Prescription NSAID told double up umm no id like to keep my low functioning kidneys compared to dead kidneys. Doesn't listen to patients at all dont waste your money here 1 appointment never going back mainly cause he wanted to inject knees which I have no issues with.”

“My experience with this pain management place.uve been here twice 1st time I was never told about them not accepting my medicade therefore they wanted a 190 copay. Reminder I have no transportation just med bus and that I need to set up ahead of time. So the se and time I have the copay bus was running latest I called and told them and they canceled my appointment at the last min when I was almost there. And with that being said they told my I needed to. Be there 30 mins early and I was nevermore informed. I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE”

“I've been going there for years. The place has went downhill since dr. Massey left. The Dr. is hard to work with. He doesn't care about your concerns or how you know your body. They are only interested in making money no longer putting patients care first. I expect them to disappear in the next yr. The nurses and Zack are awesome tho.”
