What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“This place was fine for a while, then several days after I got my prescription in the mail that had a pill or 2 chipped on the edges that I had no clue was there, it's not like I check them when they come in they all the sudden were acting like I done it to them or I've done something wrong. This place sucks & they will treat you like a criminal when literally you're doing exactly what they suggest that you can afford, so you can continue to keep working. They act like normal every day people are drug seeking & trying to get high.”

“Waste of time. Told the DR what I was taking and it didn't work and his advice was keep taking it even though it didn't work. Didn't listen to a word I said. Had a one track mind like he knew everything and could do no wrong. So I'm gonna take his advice and do what he says and when I get liver disease from his dumb ass advice I'm suing the the shit out of them”

“After talking with a couple of friends the pain clinic seems to be in dire need of a Doctor ( neurologist) who specializes in treating pain and at least do follow up to their patients after having injections ,this is so unprofessional I'm from the Carolina,s and I believe you have to have a license to perform this and not having one visible on the wall is a no no”

“This clinic is only open Monday through Thursday. When someone returns your call and something is finally called in for pain relief, it is right about the time they're closing for 3 days, so you literally have no choice if the medication does not work, or you have an allergic reaction, but go to the ER, or suffer through the entire weekend and start all over again on Monday ONLY to then repeat the cycle.I have an allergy to certain medication and I was literally prescribed this type of medication recently even though my medical records state the allergy and I've been very vocal of this allergy. I am NOT a new patient. I've been a patient for approximately a year and a half. Dr. Rossetti listened to me and I felt genuinely cared, but unfortunately she moved on to another area.Furthermore, I had to find out through Google, after certain problems started occurring for the first time ever, that I should have also been under the close care of a dentist given the medication I was on for so long. Yet, EVEN THOUGH I have expressed my concerns and showed them proof of what the medication done....they're telling me basically if it relieved my pain I should consider getting back on the medication or I can find a new doctor if I wish.... I have gotten the "you're welcome to find a new doctor/clinic several times. As a patient who has always complied and done as they directed, how about they start giving the patients they have quality care? Simply calling in meds on Thursday especially ones that a patient has allergic reactions too IS NOT OKAY. Do your research before becoming a patient here. If you must work yet you live with chronic pain this clinic may not be your best option. I am just tired of having to start all over being a military spouse for more than 16 years, it would be nice to have a healthcare team who really cared about quality care verses quantity.”
