“I want to start by saying that the ladies working the desk and the X-ray techs were all incredibly kind and helpful. But this dr should not be seeing patients. I won't go into my personal medical history; however I have a year and a half of X-rays showing severe injuries to my neck and spine and have consistently been to the chiropractor, PT, done different medications, consistent icing/heat/stretching/rest/prescribed exercises/ ect and it has only gotten worse. Many professionals convinced me that I am at the point where I need an mri to see what may be going on so I can get some relief. (Or at least rule things out) I came in with a separate wrist injury from two days ago, and after never so much as glancing at my paperwork or history, and simply feeling around my spine (which was super painful btw and I made this very clear to him) he tried to say all the numbness and shoulder pain was from my wrist and he would refer me to a wrist dr. He had no medical knowledge (was confused by the use of previously prescribed medications, and didn't know what vet wrap was, or how it can be used to stabilize until you acquire a proper brace) and he was dismissive of every piece of evidence I gave him that I've had severe injuries and pain for years and hurt my wrist TWO DAYS earlier, they are unrelated. I convinced him to get me to MRI and he did his best to explain how expensive and unnecessary it was (despite PT begging me to get one for months and money not being an issue for me) and I went to check out and almost in tears requested a new dr. Based off of her reaction, I do not think I am the first to have this experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS for your own health and sanity!”
