Patient Testimonials
“What a weird company. I see the Dr and he recommends a spine stimulator for my 20+ year spine pain. Great let's do it. "Oh but I want to do another epidural injection first" says Dr. I tell him but I just had my 7th a few weeks ago and none of the injections ever worked at all. "Mine will cuz I'm not going to inject it into your back" says Dr. Okay weird, ....how much do your injections cost? 3 weeks later and multiple calls and finally cancelling the injection appointment before I could get a cost that is 3 times what I just paid elsewhere. So I leave a message asking how much does the spine stimulator cost and is an 8th epidural injection required before getting the spine stimulator. I've called 10 times and left messages and not one person has gotten back to me about the cost or if the epidural is required. Why don't they want you to know how much their services cost beforehand? Why would you suggest doing an eighth epidural but not really an epidural because it's not going to go in my back? I feel like this place promises other options but in reality, from reading other reviews and my experience, they're just another injection location for $800 an injection”

“I was hopeless before I started seeing Dr Jung. I had saw 4 Rheumatologists, waste of time. The last one I saw gave me a referral to go to Mayo Clinic in MN. There had to be someone there who could figure out my back. u would have thought the so called "best hospital in the country" would have figured something out. After a year, and test after test... and blood draws in pints each time I went there (which was 1 X a month) The last time I was there I was told by all 8 Dr's I saw, conversed with each other they came to the conclusion I had Auto Immune Disorder and that I would have to live with this for the rest of my life.I felt like I had just been thrown away after they took a whole lot of my money. I came home did a lot of crying. I got myself together and I knew there had to be someone who could help me.I called WI Spine and Pain and I was referred to Dr Jung. I had to wait to see him until he read the 98 pages from Mayo on my back. by this time it had been going over 5 years that I have been living with this excruciating pain. So I finally met him and when he told me he could help me that was the very 1st time I had felt like I could breathe in years. I said you won't give up on me and he promised me he wouldn't. We are finally to the point there are only a few steps left and I should be a lot better than I am & I see the light. Dr Jung kept his promise. He never gave up on me. He always believed me when I told him how I was feeling. One thing about him he never made me feel like I was crazy or over reacting. Of course the insurance makes me go through all this red tape and hoops before Dr Jung can really get to the actual problem. Another thing I love about Dr Jung as a Dr is that he is a tell it like it is Dr. he is like this is what we can do and it involves this... or we can try this 1st and see what happens... then he gives you the choice. He doesn't want to waste his time, your time, or your money. He wants to get to the root of your pain and the root of your problem as quickly as he can so you can have the relief you deserve. I just want to Thank Dr Jung and I'm so relived I found him. He doesn't just want to put a band aid on it and have it be a temporary fix but he wants it to be a permanent fix. He also is very patient with your Q's and frustrations you have. The only con I have had is with 2 people in his triage department that either answer the phone or that call you back. I have only had 2 that rubbed me wrong. When someone is in a lot of pain and u are asking help and are relying on them to relay a message to ur Dr and they are telling u what he will and won't do, that I'm not ok with. He can speak for himself he doesn't need you to speak for him. Every patient is different. If I get those people I just ask for someone else. Not worth getting mad over. I'm already in enough pain and frustrated and still have to go to work. My whole life is put on hold. It will never go back to the way it was and I don't need some secretary telling me what my Dr will and won't do. Also when I go into the office and feel like crap the person at the front desk can at least be nice and act like she likes her job. I don't care if she HATES ME. BE NICE. You don't know what I go through in a day. Frankly I don't care what you're going through. You need to leave ur life in ur car. U get paid to be nice. Next time if I'm not treated with respect when I go there I will say something. I'm depressed and miserable and frustrated. I can't do anything in daily life and to have a clip board plopped at me and be told fill this out. I just want to slam it back and say no not today. If U don't like Ur job because I know it's so hard to sit in a chair and answer phones all day and just say hello to ppl that walk in and ask how they are doing and how your day is going. is just so hard. Then quit. She doesn't even say goodbye. Don't deal much with her so it's really fine but some days I'm not in the mood for tude from her especially when I'm miserable. Thank u Dr Jung for all U have done for me. U don't know how much U have changed my life.”

“When Wisconsin Spine & Pain first opened, I was the first person to be seen @the West Bend location... and have been a loyal patient ever since. I LOVE the entire staff! I've been a patient of Dr. Stephanie for over a year now & she is 100% amazing!! She's always professional & courteous... kind & personable... and she truly listens to your needs & concerns. Then she tailors your treatment based on the results & your own feedback. And she's always open to suggestions & willing to try new things! (i.e. different kinds of physical therapy, etc.) I've also been a patient of Dr. Jung for over 12 years now. I continue to have all of my surgeries & procedures done by him... he truly is one of the best surgeons I've ever had! He's always very kind & patient with everyone he sees. He will always listen to any concerns you may have & be thoughtful of your feelings. He has gentle hands during surgery & works with quick precision! He sets high standards for his OR staff to follow... and they don't disappoint, as they always continue to make my procedures go smooth and easy! I highly recommend Dr. Jung & his whole team! Thank you Wisconsin Spine and Pain!”
