“This was my first visit at the clinic. Staff at the front desk very friendly which made me feel very comfortable. Shelly and Sharon were quite the time the team at the front desk. The RN, Mary was awesome. Spent a lot of time when me which was so comforting. She was not only professional but very friendly. When Dr. Oh came in to see me, I was very impressed. She went over my records and my recent tests. Explained in detail what was going on and when I asked her a question, she was very happy to explain in detail to make sure I had a clear understanding of what the situation was. Even after all my questions, before she left, she asked me if l had any other questions. She was so thorough that when l left, l had a clear understanding of what going on. I highly recommend this facility and this very competent staff. Not sure it Sonia was in the right office.”

“Front desk staff is very rude from scheduling apts to just the way they speak to you. Dr O was nice but always seemed to be out for weeks at a time nurses where nice the care was just ok I had to wait 4 weeks for them to send the authorization to my insurance and then they wouldnt squeeze me in. I left and went else where wouldnt recommend”

“Been trying to get an appointment for over 4 months. I have tried on three occasions but keep getting the runaround. If you call the office, they will be too busy to talk to you and ask if they can call back in 5-10 minutes. Spoiler Alert: they don't call back. If you decide that waiting 2 hours has been long enough before calling back - you will be shocked to find out that they won't even remember your initial phone call. It's kind of funny in its own way. They say laughter is the best medicine, but when you are living in pain and need treatment - laughter doesn't cut it. If your specialist refers you to this center - please do not listen to him or her. Ask for another center or option. Trust me.”
