“Update: I had the opportunity to reschedule and meet Dr. Hess. Dr. Hess is outstanding, he is caring, informative and very thorough. I was very happy with how the facility handled my previous visit concerns. ------- On my last appointment, I was asked by the PA if she could move "that", when I asked her what "that" was she pointed at what she thought was a wig, she did not apologize after I corrected her in advising that "that" was my hair. In a prior appointment she suggested I should get my shots at another practice I was seeing. Though my preference was Wilmington, I will take her idea up. It appears she has a preference as well.”
