“I am so happy with this office! Got my new patient appointment so quick for the following week which is usually impossible that fast! Got seen within 5 minutes and absolutely love Ryan and the Dr. We went over so much and was so shocked and happy that they were able to give me a very much needed shot for trochantric bursitis. The Dr was so attentive. I walked out of there much better than when I walked in. Front office staff are so sweet. I am sooooo happy! Woke up this morning feeling so much better!!! They "get it!" “I just left Dr. E's office for my first visit for an epidural. The negative reviews, and the doctors not offering sedation for the procedure, almost prevented me from going. My pain made me overcome my hesitation. When the doctor entered the room, he completely put my fears to rest. He explained how he would perform the procedure and promised to not "torture" me. I agreed to give it a try without the sedation, and was pleasantly surprised at the positive results. The pain is subsiding and unless it returns, I will consider the procedure a success. At this point, I would recommend Dr. E”

“Long Beach location NEVER answers the phone or returns calls. I've never seen the same PA or physician twice. Once had a horribly rude doctor at a followp appt - he walked in without charts, aggressively asked why I was there, then said, "what do you expect us to do about it?" Gee, I dunno... maybe manage my chronic pain? Same doc didn't follow up on submitting request for treatment to insurance.... complete waste of my time (and $3 parking). They've also failed to call at scheduled times for phone appts (med refills), then call multiple times/day instead of setting a new appt time. They've also phone-stalked me when no appt was scheduled. Primarily pill pushers, which is great if that's all you need. If you want compassion and/or non-pill treatment, go elsewhere!!”
