Until the "front office manager" decided to call to inform me AFTER my visit that despite being on medicaid, they would not be taking insurance any longer and I owed a balance. This should be made aware at or before an appointment. Further, under the Federal Surprise Bill Act, these kinds of literal, surprise, bills are illegal. Stay away if you can, the office manager is trying to scam hard working people out of their money, illegally!”
