“I've been coming here for a little over a year for chronic back pain and most of the time I'm pretty pleased but over the last six weeks I've been trying to get a surgical procedure scheduled with them. I have left Three (3) voicemail messages for the procedure scheduler requesting she called me back with no response. I feel anytime a patient is in need of any type of response, they should get a return phone call within 24 hours. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not heard from them. Very disappointing!”

“I went in for an initial consultation and once i turned down the narcotics they did not want to help me. Promised follow up calls sn referrals that were never made and they committed insurance fraud. They charged my insurance over $500 for a lab fee for a drug test that was never done! You can't get anyone that knows anything on the phone and when I chatted electronically with someone I was told they would send it to a specialist to review. Nothing was ever resolved. Do not use them! They steal money for services never done. They charged my insurance over $1,600 dollars to chat with me for 15 minutes! I do not want anyone else ti get taken by them!”
