“Been trying to get back on medication for 2 months here, no one cares you have a broken back and literally suffering every second of every day. I brought in a bottle from the previous month showing what I was taking from my previous doctor. They don't care, they don't have time for you and they want you to suffer. Pretty terrible business practices if you ask me. I would have put zero stars but that's not an option. Makes you wonder how this place is still in business carrying a 1.9 Google review...”

“I will not give dr. Doss any stars. I dont believe that he deserves not even one. When I went in for my pain, which I have fibro myalgia, so my pain is everywhere, but at this particular visit. He was administering injections into my spine. The medication that they gave me did nothing to prevent me from feeling every agonizing second of the injections. I was screaming and crying for him to stop and he refused. He actually told the nurses to hold me down so he could finish the injections! I was crying, screaming and sobbing from the pain. It was a horrific experience that has left me in even worse pain, even 12 years later. Not only has it left me in worse pain, my spinal condition has worsened and i now have PTSD from the experience. I would not and do not recommend anyone going to see Dr doss. Ever! He should be stripped of his license and sued for malpractice!”

“One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Does runs around like he's on speed which is disconcerting. The nurses say they will call you back and don't. The professionalism IS NOT there. They schedule appointments for you, and then don't bother to tell you that insurance is fighting it not considering that people have taken PTO days already off for then. When I said a medication wasn't working, they immediately jumped to WE DON'T PRESCRIBE PAIN PILLS! I was in no way shape or form looking for opioids, but thanks for treating me like a drug addict Sammy or however you spell your name. You should be ashamed. No empathy. Nothing. These people need to be retrained and maybe this place needs to be restaffed.”

“The nurses, staff, and front desk lady at this clinic are absolutely amazing. Sweet, caring, just all around good people. They handled me with care today as I came in after having a 4 day migraine from a lumbar puncture I had in a different hospital. However Dr Doss, was a complete jerk to his nurses, he was extremely rough with me, very rude and very pushy. He did not take the time to listen to me or his staff. Though the procedure that was done did accomplish the pain relief I was looking for, the only thing I wouldn't recommend from this clinic is the Dr. I felt sorry for his nurses as they did try to make me super comfortable and take things easy, he just wasn't having it.”
