Patient Testimonials

I don't know why all these reviews are so old because I had a wonderful experience with the staff and physicians. I left basically pain free after my out patient appointment. I know it's still early, but I feel they will continue to do whatever they can. Very pleased with my experience.

I have been a patient of Dr Yee's for 2 years, he has helped my back pain several times over the years. Dr Yee and the procedures are great, but on the other hand you can never get a hold of the office staff. I literally had to fax a note over with a call back number to get a response one time. I had been going there for 2 years and had one conversation with that power-trip supervisor that was very hateful and rude and got a certified letter kicking me out of the pain clinic, signed by Dr Yee and dated for the day I called. 2 years attending a place you would think you know a persons character to at least question the story told. The only negative thing I can really say about Dr Yee, is he doesn't really have your back, pun intended... I have been going for 2 years and have never had an issue with the clinic until 10/07? Was it me or was it her? According to some of the other comments hateful office staff is trending..... not Holly Brittany or PA Will they have always been so nice

My elderly Mom had an appointment at this institute today, the Doctor has always been very nice to her. But today a nurse was throwing things, yelling, being very disrespectful and rude. A front office employee said he's like this all the time (the nurse). Why would any employer allow this to happen? It was sad to find out that my Mom who has been in pain to encounter such a rude and unprofessical person. The employees are being exposed to aggressive pressure or intimidation, which is workplace harassment and the verbal abuse toward the patients, which goes against the The Code of Ethics for Nurses that was developed as a guide for carrying out nursing responsibilities in a manner consistent with quality in nursing care and the ethical obligations of the profession..

My doctor a neurologist has been trying for 2 weeks to get me in this place to put a back stimulator on me for chronic back problems. They will not call me doctors office back nor me. My doctor is the best in charleston and this place is the most disrespectful I have encounter.
