At Wellward, we start with traditional treatment methods but then take it to the next level by incorporating our innovative approach using live x-ray and ultrasound technologies. This allows us to not only identify what's causing the pain, it gives us the precision to know that we are targeting exactly what hurts, down to the very nerve. Once found, we then identify why your body failed to fix the problem. Cutting edge techniques such as Prolotherapy and others can concentrate your own repair cells at the site of injury and maximize your body's natural healing responses.Ketamine infusion therapy for depression. Patient Testimonials

Great treatment, the staff that is in charge of scheduling, and billing not so good. They've tried to double charge me for services, still trying to. I've gave proof of payment through statements from the card I used to their bill collection service representative. She told me to disregard, but Wellward continues to send me the same bills. I have been trying to get a response from their bill collection agency since May, but no luck. Very frustrating.

Overall I can't say I was helped after all. They did a swab for genetic defects but I never got results. They do injections with anesthesia which is as painful as you'd guess! I even tried working in the lab for a bit and saw the machinations in the back. The nicest term I have is disorganized. We were just not a good match.

Everyone there is so kind. . They are intelligent and know exactly how to deal with each patient's needs. I was in so much pain when I first came. I am getting better with each visit. Would recommend Wellward to anyone.

I moved from Louisville to Lexington august 2022. I have been a patient of this facility since. The first 5 months where positive! Testing mostly to target my specific pain points. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, so there are a lot of pain points in my body. Triggerpoint injections, epidural, injections, nerve block, injections, and acupuncture in my spine and shoulders! My doctors truly cared as they listened to me during all this process of diagnosis. Everything was going great until 2023 January 1 when they changed my doctor and I have seen a different doctor every visit since. I have only had one bad experience where one of the staff complained about my language and I was reprimanded by the office manager, as if I were a child disrupting class in grade school! It was very demeaning. However, after I had complained about this episode, I was given a call at my home from the office manager that had reprimanded me. We actually had a very good conversation where I was able to express my feelings. I feel like the office manager understood me and the other patients a little better after this conversation as I understand them a little better. These are young doctors with new innovative techniques to manage pain. I have nothing negative to say about their process! I feel like the front staff needs to be a little more diligent. I have been waiting for three weeks for them to call me to set appointments that the doctor had ordered. All in all, these people are way better than the Louisville clinics by far! The doctors do listen and seem to genuinely care about me as an individual and not just a dollar $ sign! Thank you for that! The Big Question:" would I recommend these people to someone with chronic pain?" Absolutely 100% yes! I have been to several pain management facilities in my past! Let's just say these people run circles around everyone else I have experienced!
