What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Do yourself a favor and find a different pain management doctor. This organization is a joke. I am not just a disgruntled patient. There is no follow up from the doctors. I was told that a doctor would follow up with me after my tests and it's been weeks. I've had multiple tests ordered by my doctor and I have not received a follow up. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Find a different doctor, don't let the name of this organization make you think it's going to be good. You are literally just another number, there is no continuity. Every-time you call you will be starting from step 1.”

“As usual, a medical professional assumed I don't feel pain the same as other humans because I'm black. I was sent for an mri even though I had one. I returned & the physician assistant told me again that she won't refer me because she didn't think I was in the amount of pain I claimed. I asked how she came by this determination. She told me she could understand the pain if I had arthritis in my spine. That's when I knew she never looked at my mri. She finally reffered me but I needed another mri. The next morning the office manager called me, excited, to inform me my claim for an mri was denieeeeed. I called the pre approval company & they informed me my claim was not denied. The doctors office didn't sent over my records after numerous requests.if they didn't receive my records by 12 noon, my claim would be denied. It was 8:45am. By 12 noon the doctor still did not send my records & the preapproval company faxed a denial to the doctor. After 3 pm, the doctors office finally sent my records knowing they received the denial. I was able to get a human being, who was also black & suffered from sciatica, to put through an appeal. They approved me in a few hours. I was able to get my mri. I complained to the chair of the department but she informed me she spoke to those involved & what else did she want me to do. Medical racism at its finest. I went out of network since they went to great lengths to deny me treatment. Unfortunately, my new doctor retired & I haven't been able to get pain injections in months. Medical racism affects & ends lives. Do better.”

“By far, the best pediatricians and nurses hands down! Great customer service! Clean facilities! Helpful nurses! and Knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Jane Rosini and Nurse Yvette are so helpful and they make you feel comfortable as first time parents. Never was a question too silly nor was there any request too unreasonable. They make your child feel welcomed and at ease. I am thrilled to have such a great pediatric team!”

“Going out of my way to make sure I tell folks, find another pain management doctor. Don't let the name of this place fool you, there are plenty doctors in the world that know how to follow up with patients. You are just another number going to this place.”
