“Dr Cockrell is phenomenal so is Jennifer Davis his PA. However, it is impossible to get ahold of a nurse or to get a call back and 70% of the time you can't even get anyone to answer at the front desk. All you can do is leave a message. I left three one day and still have received a call back. That was 2 weeks ago. He used to have a spectacular nurse who you could always get ahold of and/or count on a call back within 4 hours. Now it's like they are closed by noon every day. I believe if Dr. Cockrell knew how his patients were being treated he would fix it. But, I'm assuming they screen the messages so he isn't made aware because again he is fantastic!!”

“Dr Cockrell has been and continues to work with me concerning my lower back. He's given me injections which didn't do anything for this pain. But then he referred me to an OBGYN, a colon surgeon, a urologist, and a pelvic floor physical therapist. I finally have an awesome team that I trust ( I don't trust easily anymore when dealing with this pain for 11 years.) My team really listens to me and cross checks my records from each team member. We're closer to a series of procedures which we hope to implement simultaneously to help me. Because of a tight cluster of scar tissue wrapped around my S-1 nerve ( sitting to the left of plates, screws, and fusions) I will never be free from pain but at least 3/5 issues will hopefully stop severe spasming in my rectum and uthretra areas. My belief is the hardware is causing the spasms. Dr Cockrell will then help me with my back pain. He knows I have a horse I'm aching to ride. I'm 68. I'm driven.”

“Today i had a cervical spine epidural. It was scary but EVERYONE, i mean EVERYONE WAS SO PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. BUT DR. COCKRELL IS THE BEST. He talk to me before procedure and it was simple to understand and i felt reassured of his skills and knowledge. I made the mistake and watched youtube videos before procedure, please don't. The area was so clean and for busy areas they can look cluttered but it wasn't, very, very clean and i felt safe that my procedure was in a awesome environment thru an thru. Its been about 5 hours , i feel achy but Dr. Cockrell explained that but overall this was great first time experience with great professionals from registration to discharge. Thanks everyone.”
