“It seems like they never have any one answering the phones. Then when you get someone on the phone it takes ages to get a response back. It feels as though everyone needs to ask someone else about everything and every detail before I can get a somewhat answer. I can't figure what is going on with my mother's account. She has Medicare and has met her deductible. I don't think this doctor or clinic is a good fit. She has had back pain for 27 years now. She continues to follow with physical therapy, exercises and sees a nutritionist.
