He is completely thorough in his treatment plans, explaining them in depth and gaining our trust. He always makes time for us and instills complete confidence in his work and plan. Only complaint I have is that it can be very difficult to get to a live person on the phone when calling the clinics at either location. That needs work.”

“Told his patient "your opinion is the problem here" and "I don't care if you are experiencing pain" -Dr. mambalam refused to write him a pain prescription after his nerve ablation (which caused more problems than it helped) Was gonna refuse to write him a rx today until I showed him I was recording his voice during the visit. Then he quickly changed and said "per law" I have to write you for 30 days. So per law he has to write it but he allowed the patient to be without pain meds for a week after a nerve ablation. Make since Washington center for pain management. Management implies ongoing. This guy wants to hurt you and leave you without any relief. Sadist.”

“I had a new patient appointment over a month ago, was told they would reach out to insurance for prior authorization for RFA, called back today and had the desk person rudely tell me that the doctor doesn't know what he's talking about and that I have to make an appointment before they can request prior authorization. Then she scheduled me for an appointment in February BEFORE telling me oh btw it's in Bellevue. I wasted a month of being in pain because of the incompetence and now have to get back in with my primary for a referral elsewhere. Completely ridiculous.”

“The Dr at this facility has forced my husband to do experimental injections that our insurance refused to pay for. But the doctor threatened to take away his pain maintenance if he didn't do them. When he refused to do the last one and most expensive that our insurance wouldn't pay for, he did take away his pain meds for pain maintenance. The injections didn't even work!!!”
