I was at the end of the line when I consulted with Dr. Hong many years ago. I found he listens, is caring and compassionate. Especially Mcewan he thinks he is above people and is clearly only there to take your money and not treat you. “If there is someone you really dont like and they need help with chronic pain...send them to this place and watch them suffer for weeks in bed like I am currently. Please look for better people who care and take time to help improve the quality of life you want and treat your chronic pain. As WCPM can't seem to manage anything but adding to the pain with complete incompetence. Prior authorization, appeals and phone calls are confusing to the staff who are lacking basic compassion for the patient who is suffering with CHRONIC PAIN. No communication with the patient definitely no compassion they act more like a bully. I have been dealing with chronic pain for a few years and a few different states. These people at WCPM are the worst. As I presently try to complete the circle of idoacracy, with the front office bullies my insurance companies gatekeepers attempting to communicate with the back office Medical Assistant who acts more like a stop sign. They filed 1 PA on Nov 30th it was denied. Instead of filing the appeal like insurance instructed, they submitted another PA the same way. It to was denied. I was told good ol Jordyn is on it and will let you know. Yet I get no phone calls at all EVER. My phone has 0 inbound calls from WCPM. I have to call insurance daily and see they did nothing but start another PA, then call them with that information. Over and over and over now for 18 days today I was told they finallydid an appealbut that will take 7-10 more days. Somehow they dont seem to understand that waiting for 3 or 4 or more weeks in CHRONIC PAIN destroys your quality of life. Sitting with 6 pedicle screws in my spine and a hip that is frozen locked up and burning like hot pumice stones rubbing against my bones. Unable to sit or lay in any position for longer than 15 min and how bad that affects my family as well. WCPM they dont seem to acknowledge the pain But they just keep doing the same thing. Refuse to write a different script when my insurance gave a long list just not this specific special drug Dr. HUNG wants me to use even with this discount its $150 for 3 weeks. I am on ssdi becauseof this accident. I have begged I have cried. I have followed their suggestions and went to ER while sat in wheel chair for 4hours just to be sent home with a OTC muscle patch and an Ibuprofen shot after being treated like a junkie and ignored more. I established care with Dr. Hung on Nov 17 today is Dec 13th and I have received absolutely no care. I have had to make more than 15 phone calls to their office and more to my insurance company. I have had to advocate more for myself with this place than any other office and I have lived in 3 states since my accident. This office will tell you they care....they dont. This office will say they will follow up and call you back to let you know what is taking place....they wont. This office will say they know what needs to be done to help you and they want to help you feel better...they dont This office will tell you many things....none of them are accurate. Not one person I have met in this process from beginning with the medical assistant with a total negative atmosphere surrounding her she seemed to hate her job, who called me to the back, to all the receptionist whom I have had to explain this process to seems to care what you are going through. Like missing out on family Thanksgiving to my Pops funeral tonight the boys Christmas choir play is happening but I am in bed in pain and crying. It is looking like I spend Christmas in bed with tears as well. To sum it up....send your enemies here and your loved ones elsewhere.”
