“So my husband tried to go in for an appointment to see the pain specialist when he got there he was asked if he had ever been on Workmen's Comp,, no, my husband has been retired. More than 15 years. They asked for a close place letter.. after waiting almost 4 weeks for this appointment and him being in so much pain he was turned away because he didn't have that letter mind you he's been retired for 15 years then the office manager calls back and tells me that he said that he was coming in for his back. That was a lie because I was on the phone with him when he was at the reception desk he had said no such thing needless to say, that he obviously will not be returning there, I have never encountered a more disrespectful staff when trying to get some answers.”

This place is the absolute worst pain center. They lack compassion. They also lack proper communication and they're not well edified about various Important references of information.”

“Wow can't believe they're still in practice, really sad. They really are a horrible place. I'm just really surprised they are still in practice. It's been a few years but that place, not sure if it's still the same. Never once saw a doctor, just NP's..forced to buy a lock box, ok fine your dealing with a narcotic.. but say you get a small one for just their meds nope nope, not good enough. The place was also a mess inside too.. bathrooms oh jeez nasty, urine cups everywhere. As well as Urine all over the floor.. just ew”

“Unfortunately today was my last appointment. I am going to miss going for my monthly apts and seeing the team of drs and MA'S. They have been nothing more than supportive for me and my injuries. Anyone reading this and u r new going there -be honest, call them for questions, keep your medical records handy, let them know on how u feel and not how u should feel with the injury u have and most of all - if u have the slightest question on how u r handling ur current medications and/or u get new prescription from another dr - stop what u r doing and call them. Think about the contract u signed and to be safe call them asap. Don't make the same stupid mistake I made and think that taking a normal cough syrup would hurt me. If u r a patient at this location, there is no such thing as a "normal" when it comes to medication. If someone is reading this from the post road location, please pass on my gratitude to everyone in the office and Dr's. Ty again to all Robert Douglas”
