“I have had such a bad experience at this place, this place do not answer there phones, I have had a referral sent in to be seen at this place and they have still not reached out to me, one of my friends went here so I thought it would also be a good place but they did end up leaving due to staff not calling back and communicating, it's just super unprofessional, I went in last week and was able to talk to Anthelina the receptionist and the Medical Assistant Julia and they were able to help me a lot with how this place works, it seems to me that they are the only ones that I am able to have a proper communication with, when they say they have a virtual administrative that helps with this process , I haven't even heard from them, I am no longer going to this place, and I would save your time coming here. The two staff probably deals with bad management, and needs to find better. Very disappointing service.”
