What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Faller and her assistant Cynthia are the best for back pain relief! She is a lot more helpful than the first male doctor there that casted me off quickly. I never feel like a burden or a number when I'm treated by her. Dr. Faller and her assistant Cynthia have great bedside manner and truly cares about her patients. Her compassion and gift of giving great injections/ procedures is rare in the chronic pain world. She is a breath of fresh air and doesn't give up on complex/persistent pain. I highly recommend Dr Faller for any chronic pain patient needing pain management other than medication. She is the person to see!!! Thank you for all your help and the lady at the front checking people in has always been friendly.”

“Over the past two months, I have had zero help from this place. Not sure what happened here, but when I went to the Greensboro location last fall, they were tremendous. This place is supposed to be a place to go to assist with pain and to help with issues, but this time around, I have never felt so neglected and ignored from any "doctors" office, EVER. To sum it up: May 8: requested an appointment online May 15: FINALLY received a call to schedule May 29: appointment. The two individuals I saw before the doctor were nice and attentive and made me feel better than I did during the 2 minutes the doctor spent with me. They received my MRI results and after a few days I finally called them to see what was going on. Did I need to schedule a follow up? Was someone going to call me? No, I was told the doctor doesn't look at the images until I go in there again. I was told a scheduler would call me back to schedule a procedure... they ensured me someone would call me back. A couple days later: got a phone call, still waiting on insurance.. whatever I know it takes a while for approval. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY: JULY 11TH: over TWO MONTHS after my initial communication to get an appointment and get in there to get help and some relief for debilitating headaches and neck pain... Someone called me to schedule my procedure. My insurance approval was only good until July 11th. Since all of this, I've scheduled with an actual neurologist and have gotten the help I needed. When I told the lady (Marie, Maria(?)) that I went elsewhere and I was so unhappy and wasn't returning. She said she'd put a note in my file. When I said okay yes you need to do that..... SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I will make sure every single person that I can share this with will know just how horrible they treat their patients. Absolutely no empathy at all. It's unbelievable and I'm disgusted by the entire experience.”

“Drove a full hour to be turned away, when I arrived on time. Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment. You won't be seen.”

“Thankfully transitioned from Bethany to this office about 3 years ago. Michael Roche takes care of my daily pain management and is terrific, but I also have had the good fortune to visit Dr. Faller (wonderful communicator and gives painless injections), who took the practice over several months ago. There were uncomfortable adjustments that had to be made but all were for the enhancement of the Dr/patient relationship. These people are very educated, kind, thorough, experienced and I have to say: even though some days I would like to change the parameters I must adhere to to remain a patient here, I know the quality behind their decisions about my care far exceed my personal opinion.”
