What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received . I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment at 3:15 PM, as instructed by the message I received. However, when I arrived, the staff refused to see me, claiming I was too late. If the clinic expects patients to arrive 30 minutes early, they should clearly schedule patients that way , rather than giving vague instructions. This was a complete waste of my time, and I left without any relief or assistance. Very frustrating and unprofessional!”

“Drove 20 mins out, had to cancel all my meeting today, was in severe pain, doctor Sakla refused to see me even though I arrived 20 mins prior to my appointment, paid my copay and filled out all necessary paperwork prior to visit. Highly unprofessional will not recommend the facility or provider to anyone.”

“I had been going here for well over 10 years and was pleased with their service as long as I didn't see Dr. Spivey. He's the rudest, most hateful, doctor I've ever dealt with in my life (and I've seen a lot). The only good thing the people at Wake have done is "let him go". Otherwise, I'll NEVER recommend this place. I went in March for my usual appointment and, without warning, was kicked to the curb. From what I understand everyone taking pain meds got the same treatment. Just as bad the employees weren't warned and neither were the other pain clinics. Such bad business in so many ways. So most of us are desperately trying to find a doctor and can't. I wouldn't take my fish to them. Trust me.. when I find the proper entities, I will report this practice. Whatever happened to "Do No Harm"? Oh snap; money and CYA!”

“My fiancee has been a patient here for over 10 years and today the new NP dismissed her from the practice all because they didn't like the fact that she takes medication for her anxiety alongside what they prescribe her here. This has never been an issue or brought to her attention as she knows how to take all her medication safely. I seen another review stating another patient was dismissed because the same NP advised her, she needed to go off her pain medication. This is a pain management practice, what are they doing to these poor patients?!?! This is not at all professional and it needs to be addressed. Not to mention that Dr. Spivey retired without even telling his patients. Very unprofessional and very dangerous for anyone who takes medications to abruptly stop. Someone needs to talk to her or us immediately.”
