“I had so many problems finding a pain mamagemrnt for my medical conditions. I was referred to Dr Barclay's office and I was skeptical because it's two hours away from where I live but I gave it a shot. All of the pain management doctors my area are turning people away then they just have to suffer. I did for a year. After seeing Dr Barclay the very first time.I was relieved. Not only is he considerate, compassionate, and concerned with your medical condition he treats his patients with the upmost respect. A BIG DIFFEENCE FROM THE PAIN DRS ON THE COAST. They treat you like you are a drug addicts when they are the ones who gets you hooked on the pain medication.. I hated going to the dr every month to be treated like POS.. I have been being seen for over 20 years for my pain in my back and now I have Rhumatoid Arthrits so that kicked up the pain about 50 %. I just want to thank the staff for being so kind and Dr. Barclay for being a really good caring doctor who gets things done so you see good results. No other Dr had told me why I was in so much pain until I went to see Dr Barclay. Thank you Doc.”

“My mother has been trying to talk with the office staff regarding a bill that she received & they have treated her horribly. Absolutely have talked to my 64 year old mother without any respect for person, patient, or customer!!!! The office personnel are past rude and disrespectful. The issue is that the Ins company said that they used the wrong billing code & Barclay's office needs to contact them so that they can fix the codes. Obviously this offends Barclay's staff and they wouldn't even take it into consideration. These ppl need some core education & training on respect & communication skills with the public especially, when running a medical clinic!!”

“I fought pain every since my first back surgery. I've seen a couple Doctors in my 16 years of trying to get back some quality of life after these back surgeries. Dr Barclay is definitely the only Dr I've been to that really takes the time to listen and continues to find the right things to manage your pain. Whether it be medicine, injections, back brace or all the above he really does go the extra mile to understand and tries his best to get you a quality of life back. I owe this Dr my life because without him I couldn't do a lot without having to stop for hours. I started coming to him and after a couple visits we not only got rid of some of the medicine my previous Dr had me on "entirely to much" to finding a medicine that actually worked without feeling doped up! He listened and now I can enjoy more of this thing we call life. Sure I still have some pain at times but that's expected because I don't care what anyone says if you take so much medicine all you do is sleep or sit around then that alone is no quality of life.”

“He convinces you to get procedures that don't not work just for you to keep getting pain medication. He done a procedure on me in April few months later I had a stroke in the same place he done the procedure. He a is Joke. Not a good at all you be in that clinic all day. Your appointment can be at 10 am you don't leave til 3 or 4. This place horrible!!”
