“After experiencing mediocre pain management from ANOTHER "Pain Specialist " for 17 years, I find myself getting the BEST care from Dr. T. Beecham at Vitality pain Center. I've also seen three other doctors there and received excellent care. Not sure what anyone else has gone through but my experience has been EXCELLENT. Not to say that once or twice appointment dates have been transposed or whatever else. That's clerical. NOT the doctor. Now, it is a Conglomerate. They have a central office that takes care of setting up appointments and sending messages back and forth to the different offices. If you need to speak to someone in a particular office, you'll have to leave a message at the main number. All in all, great place for me!”

“Dr. Beecham was very nice and seemed very intelligent. That is the only good thing I can say about them. I have never seen a more incompetent practice in my life. They returned two out of 14 messages, I went in for a trial and they locked the medicine in a safe and couldn't open the safe so I Had to come back another day, I am in a wheelchair and return trips from Shelbyville are not easy! I had an appointment they said was a follow up from another appointment where literally I saw the doctor for one minute. I canceled the appointment, when I tried to renew a prescription they gave me (non-opioid). They refused it since I had not kept the appointment, not telling me at the time that is what it was for. They referred me to a surgeon for the pain pump, said it would be installed soon just for her to deny me. When I called them and asked for a solution they took a week for another referral. This one the wrong office called me and I have never heard back from the referral or Vitality. I could go on but why, DO NOT ago there if you are not easy money they will cut you loose!”

“The staff is very warm and inviting. They have always made sure me and mother are well taken care of and that our appointments are scheduled and any questions are answered! The doctors have always discussed treatment options and followed through with the best procedures. They also listen to any concerns you may have and address them. I would recommend this office if you need help with pain management. I have been going here for a few years.”
