“Horrible experience I called set up an appt for the show low office confirmed day and time and that they accepted my insurance. Drove 45 miles and was told I wasn't in the system, and there were no providers in the office. I spoke to a man who set up and confirmed my appt. She said oh that must have been our other office...and he never even put you in the system. Sorry no Dr will be here for 2 weeks. Total incompetence.”

“This is the absolute worst pain clinic I have ever been to. Dr.Jaffey was the most uncaring with zero compassion for a patient I have ever seen. The staff wasn't any better. Their policy is to get the patient off of pain medication and do a bunch of injections that don't help. Also told me that I had problems with my vain and artery function in my legs that I didn't have any symptoms of, said that I had so much pain in my back that I couldn't feel the pain in my legs. Didn't have cramping in my legs till they did injections in my legs. I believe they are committing Medicare fraud. Simply said I wouldn't take my dog there. I've been seeing pain doctors since October of 2001 when I was in a car accident and suffered a burst fracture in the T11 vertebrae. My advice would be to avoid the Virtuous pain center in Show low at all cost.”

“Best pain clinic in the white mountains. Wheelchair accessible Staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors listen and actually care about you as an individual. Being a paraplegic it's difficult to find medical professionals that are educated in spinal cord injuries and are willing to listen, suggest and work with you to improve pain levels or issues you may have. They offer and suggest alternatives to alleviate your pain or any stress or anxiety you may have. I'd highly recommend virtuous pain center.”
