What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Warning, do not use this practice. They have hidden costs that make no sense on the billing side. I went on my insurance website and they told me pricing for co pays are completely different than what they are charging me. I asked for them to fix the portal so that I could communicate better with them and see the billing side for myself, they told me they would but then never did. I plan on filing a BBB complaint about that. On the actual service provided side things started out well. They were courteous and kind for the most part and listened to my needs and what I had going on. They prescribed two medications that seemed to help. The last (and final) visit I had I described how my pain had increased and in order to compensate and be functional I had temporarily taken an extra dose that I found worked better altogether. The NP Kelly asked how much I was taking and then wrote it down and basically nodded her head saying ok that works. I expected a refill amount that was increased to what I was taking but was provided with a different amount. There was no communication that described the difference in what was working and what was being described. When I called to ask for a refill I was spoken to as a child and told it was too soon. I said ok, no problem, I will be more careful to read what the dosage was next time (even though I had what I thought was a conversation regarding this in the first place with Kelly). I waited until it was three days to my refill date and called and asked if she could send it at that time. The person who I talked to spoke to me again as if I was a child, who I then confronted and basically transferred me because she had no defense whatsoever. Then I was connected with someone else who basically said i need to ween my self off the medication. I asked why Kelly had not mentioned that at all previously and she had nothing to say. I recommend going anywhere but here so you don't get ripped off and hopefully receive competent medical advice and service.”

“From the patient portal paperwork to the check in with the receptionist the consultation setup was a breeze. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. I had no issues like some have stated about high copays, I know my insurance plan and knew what to expect when I walked in the door. The nurse who took me back was kind and personable and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. walked in and immediately showed concern and compassion. His NP did the physical exam with him making notes the entire time. Afterwards he showed me what he thought via a digital diagram. He gave me a clear treatment plan and out the door I went. I did NOT have a bad experience like I read some did, I emphasize with those who did. For those who are on the fence, don't let the bad stop you from the treatment you are seeking.”

“If 0 stars was an option, I'd put down. Billing is a joke. I've seen lots of doctors and never have I been subjected to the rudness that get with any other practice over 22 dollars. Yall suck!! I highly recommend not going to this practice unless you want to be harassed over money every time you walk in.”

“The staff and doctors at the clinic have been fantastic! I went in with cervical and lumbar herniations and rediculoathy trying to avoid surgery and have some sort of life while I was trying to recover. I have had five injections and with each visit I am more impressed. My condition has not only improved but as I have been treated I have gotten to know they staff and doctors better and with each visit I know I made the right choice in coming to the ISpine clinic. I would highly recommend the doctors, staff and treatments provided by this facility!”
