“I am the spouse of a patient. Dr Garg is competent and the staff are friendly enough. Prices are what you can expect from US healthcare. The waits are terribly long even for simple procedures. Crummy scheduling and time management. They are always behind with little care to update patients on when they will be attended to. After waiting for over an hour and a half we got a simple "sorry to keep you waiting". I know that not everything can be done on schedule in the medical world but it's just ridiculous. On my most recent visit the restroom available to patients was devoid of any toilet paper and only a few scraps of paper towels left. Very disappointing! I would NOT recommend this practice.”

“this is not the clinic to go to if you need help. I came to Dr. Garg with the hopes that he could try something new. He pressured me into a steroid back injection which did not work. Then during my post visit, he pressured me to state that the procedure worked so that way insurance would pay for it. then he encouraged me that the second injection would fix the problem. I had the same experience. On my post visit once again, he pressured me to state that it was at least 50% better so that way the insurance would pay for it and then try to schedule me for two other injections . I scheduled a follow up at the front desk for 30 days later, and I tried to come in for my appointment and I was told that there was never an appointment made and that they would need to schedule me out for another month. The woman I spoke to at the front desk was extremely rude and had zero empathy. Which is surprising because she works in a field. Where empathy is virtually required to do your job. The nurse practitioner I was seeing on one of my follow-ups spent the whole time telling me how she was leaving the practice because it was not a good place To work, and we spent no time discussing new options. I'm really tired of healthcare Facilities, taking advantage of people in need and treating them so terribly, especially when we're spending so much money for our healthcare and office visits and supporting everybody in that clinic. It should've been obvious in the beginning based upon the experience I had where literally you're just a number and you're just money in their pockets and procedures are just a pathway to Make money and not a means of solving any problems, other than the financial problems of the doctor. I'm considering going to the state and also my insurance company discussing insurance fraud and Malpractice. It is not appropriate to treat people people so poorly and expect them to spend so much money For, hope, And leaving the patient with no support and once again, Dr shopping to find somebody who actually cares About their patients. This is not the place to go for healthcare. Dr. Garg is not the kind of medical practitioner I would ever refer out to any friends or family.”

“Called to make an appointment and the lady who answered was very rude. She continually cut me off when I was trying to provide my information. She asked me to verify my insurance and once I did she was silent for 5 minutes. I asked if she had what she needed and she said oh (like she forgot I was there) no I need to send your info to referrals. And hung up. No information or when to expect a call from referrals and no appointment scheduled.”
