“My grandmother was seen on October 31st with complaints of back pain. She was sent for an MRi on November 10th and was scheduled to go back to Dr. Babu's office on December 3rd. On December 3rd, she went in thinking she would be getting her injections, and instead was told she needed to wait for insurance authorization and clearance from her PCP (why didn't that get done before she came in). We got clearance from the insurance and also her PCP and have been trying to reach them for about a week. I called multiple times a day, and when we finally got ahold of them (even those customer service was terrible) they scheduled her for February 5th. I understand that offices are busy and it's not their fault, but the poor service by staff and communication is why we will likely not be returning to this office.”

Here we are it's Thanksgiving and at the last minute before my appointment his office tried to reschedule my appointment with the doctors nurse. Also, every single time that I dropped a paper off for the doctor. His office staff lost it. Every single time!”
