“I've seen them on and off for years. The front staff can be a little dry/doesn't smile sometimes rude. The nurses are for the most part friendly. The doctors on the other hand I am getting frustrated with AGAIN this is why I stopped going to them the last time. They have a habit of dismissing your complaints as oh that's just arthritis. Um..., I'm sorry but I've had my back fused and have been told by three other doctors one was a neurosurgeon that it is my back trying to compensate for the fact that the part that is fused no longer can bend there so it is trying to bend unnaturally in other places. They said this unfortunately is common with people that get fusions. So no it's not arthritis its actual pain stemming from my surgery that I had 13 years ago that was bad to begin with and almost killed me with Pseudomonas aeruginosa because it was almost too late when it was found. Then when I complained about pain in another area that I had surgery he said oh it's probably just because you've been working your muscles more, uh no it's where a dumb doctor tried to put a spinal cord stimulator in and hit my spinal cord paralyzing my left side so I had to learn to walk all over again. I hate it when I'm "man-splained" things I've dealt with this long enough to know what's going on with my back. I need a doctor to actually HEAR me and help me deal with my pain not shots over and over I can get those at my pcp! And NO I DONT WANT ANOTHER PILL I take enough of those at my age.”

“This particular pain clinic is run incompetently. The entire team of staff lacks the ability to communicate with patients with precise, highly informative information regarding their care. From the moment we were recommended this clinic we had issues. First, we tried to call and no one answered. Second, when they did answer we would be transferred to someone else and received voicemail. Third, after leaving messages we NEVER received a call back. It was only when the clinic needed information that we received a call. Fourth, when an appt was made we were not given information regarding medications that were supposed to be stopped prior to appointment. This caused delays in getting treatment. The last appointment was a total waste of time as we were told TWICE about what the appointment would entail only to show with NOTHING happening. I spoke with the lead nurse and the office manager about all the issues we had from beginning to end. I didn't let up on the complaints. I got it all off my chest and told them that we were no longer returning to such an incompetent clinic. They totally wasted my time and money. I had to drive 3 hrs to pick up the patient and then another hour to get to the appointment. They apologized profusely and refunded the patient's money. And lastly, on top of it all the manager told me that we didn't even need to show in person as it could've been a telemed visit! WHAT? Was that even mentioned? ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is the worst run clinic I've ever had to deal with. Don't waste your time.”
