“I had an appointment at Vertex with Dr. Moez Mithani at 8:00 AM on 12/1/25. I arrived 15 minutes early, but the clinic doors didn't open until 8:00. If the clinic opens at 8, patients shouldn't be scheduled at that exact time -- staff need time to prepare. My visit lasted about 5 minutes. The doctor prescribed two medications, and the nurse told me they would be ready at my pharmacy right after my appointment. That evening at 7:00 PM, the pharmacy told me no prescriptions had been received from Dr. Moez. The next morning I called the clinic. The operator told me their policy is to wait 72 hours before sending prescriptions and claimed there was a sign in the lobby explaining this. She also said I couldn't even speak to a nurse until 72 hours had passed. This was frustrating and misleading. Patients deserve clear communication and timely access to prescriptions. If there is a 72-hour delay, it should be explained upfront -- not contradicted by staff.”

“I have yet to have any issues with them responding to me. They are highly respectful. The staff that was assisting while I was getting injections was very talkative and friendly which helped just keep my mind distracted. I appreciated that they were funny. I do recommend this place to any. All the staff is super friendly and caring. They make sure you are well taken care of.”

“I deleted my old review because that doctor retired and sold his practice to these clowns. literally, this practice is now a 3 ring circus. one of the doctors had a crush on me. so uncomfortable and inappropriate. another one of their docs couldn't find my port with flouroscopy, a template (aka a MAP) , and help. stay away from this office. call SA Pain instead. this place was great before Dr. McKee retired. but now it's dangerous.”

“The physician is great, but the clinical staff is TERRIBLE. I was just yelled at by the clinic manager for all locations for "talking over her" when I was just talking to her and telling her the pharmacy my Rx was sent to was completely out of the medication. She told me if I continued talking over her she would disconnect the call and I calmly said I wasn't talking over her, and asked her for her name and she hung up on me. I'm not sure where patient care comes into this, but this is the second major issue I've had with this clinic staff and I will not be going back. Again, the physician is great but support staff is awful.”
