“ERIC CHUNG, PA-C treated me for my pain due to a car accident. From the beginning, he was so dismissive of my pain. Accusing me and telling me essentially that i was faking the pain. This went on for months... until my last session with him, he told me that my pain is psychosomatic... this was after they did an MRI indicated i was suffering from several sprains from all the areas i was complaining of pain... he still stated my pain was psychosomatic... he is an egotistical PA and could care less about the patient. I can only wonder how many patients suffering from pain he had told thst they were just having psychosomatic pain... i am a Mental Health Clinician so i know what that means, imagine being someone not in the mental health field and being told that their pain is psychosomatic, and not understanding... he was very unprofessional and unethical in his treatment of me. I still struggle from a lot of pain because i chose not to go back to him due to his treatment of me... or lack of treatment because his huge egotistical head cannot help decrease my pain. So he chose to attack my mental health instead... i would not come to this clinic for pain treatment if you are going to be seen by Eric Chung... you or your pain are not going to get the help you need... In fact, sure he gave me aleve, but he also said I'll request for an injection for your other wrist, but never followed through... when i stopped seeing him, he did not give updated prescriptions until i saw my other provider.. he just stopped... it was not until i complained to his office about him and told them my story did they provide an update prescription... i was not need setting as i only literally take a higher dosage of aleve nothing narcotic... The treatment i for from this office by ERIC CHUNG is nothing but unprofessional and unethical.... In the end... after all this... not even an apology from him...”

“Well doctor chue is very good doctor he gave me injection on my neck and back . He put me asleep I didn't feel anything I need more injection and more surgery in my back but they dont take my insurance la care thru medical ipa . But. Other than that hes a very good doctor”

“I'm only giving 4/5 stars bc the staff is completely useless and clueless. They ask the same questions over and over again bc they're too busy chit chatting to listen to the reason for your call or to get down to the bottom of what it is that you need exactly. On the other hand the building is clean, waiting room is plain just like most doctors waiting areas are, but clean and tidy nonetheless. BUT*** Dr.Chiu is A MAY ZING! He's very respectful, down to earth, and you can tell he not only loves his very successful practice but also actually does care about his patient's overall health and well-being which we all know is rare these days. I had a procedure done on my back after a car accident I was in and let me tell you..he made me having to be hospitalized and put to sleep the most comfortable situation possible considering the circumstances. His partner who assisted in the procedure was also just as amazing. Dr.chiu is one of the best--if not the best/-in this area of southern ca. when I see him, I know all my worries and problems are going to be taken care of properly. So Dr if your reading this..THANK YOU FOR GUIDING ME/HELPING ME THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF MY JOURNEY IN HELPING ME GET MY PHYSICAL HEALTH BACK!! you've been nothing short of a God send!”

“Dr. Paul Chui is an amazing doctor, I have been seeing him for years, he has helped me through some very painful medical procedures, he's always looking for different ways too help lessen my pain. I've had numerous surgeries and he has helped me too be able to function daily with the least possible pain. His staff is amazing, kind and friendly, I cannot recommend any place better than Dr Chui and his office. , as well as the personnel that assists Dr Chui at his Surgical Center, they are also amazing, friendly, helpful. I can't recommend this pain management facility enough.”
