“I took my wife here to see Dr. Happ. Never got past the initial interview where my wife explained her history of being hurt at Albertson's 22 yrs. ago, and that she tried to seek out workman's comp treatment at a TV workman's comp place, but no case was established & Alberson's fired her and then eliminated any records of her working there, not even sending her a W2 that year. Initial problem was damaged disc's 22 yrs. ago, but now she has spinal stenosis. After an hour drive and filling out a ridiculous 10 pg info book, she was told she couldn't be seen without proving that no workman's comp case was opened and/or closed. Right, after 22 yrs.? I'd say that suppose they tell us just how that's supposed to happen!”
