“First off AA Spine and Pain is located in a building with the name Valley Spine on the door! When I googled AA Spine and Pain Wasilla the map sent me to Anchorage! I finally found a way to take out that stop. Then tried the proper address-267 E Park avenue.... It routed me to Park Avenue- no that's not it..... Then it got all confused with Parks Highway and sent me back to Anchorage. I finally called.... The Anchorage number.... Got sent to Wasilla- I finally called. After a while she finally picked up and said quickly "Hold"- didn't ask if I could hold- just "Hold" click! I held for 10 minutes, still holding I stopped the car and re entered the address- same problem sent me to Anchorage, couldn't find E Park Avenue, sent me to Park then Parks Highway. I turned around and looked at labels for key area buildings.... 10 minutes on hold- She finally picked up the phone- I told her Google had me all over the place. Still looking. I'm going to be late. I finally found the place... But it's labeled Valley Spine. I guess I'm here.... She said you're late and need to reschedule.... The phone rang in the middle of our discussion "please hold ....Click " then she rescheduled me for another date. 1.) They need more help there. 2. ) Fix the sign to read the proper Name 3.) Clarify E Park, Park, and Parks Highway in Google and the map for AA Spine and Pain 4.) teach the clerks proper phone edicate.”
