This place literally saved my life. As a recovering heroin addict suffering with chronic pain. I chose this place only because they're a pain management clinic but they also specialize in addiction. I am on Methadone for my cravings for heroin and it also helps me tremendously with my pain. Recently they've added Vicodin for my pain. I wouldn't choose any other clinic to treat my pain and addiction. Dr. George is an amazing Dr. The main person I see there is Ashley but I've seen several prescribers there and they're all amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who struggles with addiction and pain

WORST PAIN CLINIC IN THE TWIN CITIES. My primary care physician referred me here in 2017 before he was going to retire, to have them take over my oxycodone prescription for chronic pain I've had since the early 2000s. Initially, VMW started me on the oxycodone, but then took it away within a few months and said they wanted to try alternative methods first before going to oxycodone. I had to start suboxone, which I was allergic too, and take it for 3 years, committing daily. I then was referred to THE OWNER DR. George after trying the suboxone. And he basically looked at me and told me I had to try suboxone before being able to get oxycodone. I almost completely lost control and questioned his intelligence and then told him I had already been using the suboxone for the last 3 years like you just mentioned and my chart shows. He pretty much just kept saying I had to try suboxone, even though I did and am allergic to it. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE. DR GEORGE WILL STEAL YOUE MONEY FOR YEARS AND THEN ACT LIKE HE WASNT POISONING YOU WITH MEDICATIONS YOUR ALLERGIC TOO.

**If you enjoy surprise bills, imaginary rules, and the charm of telemarketer-level harassment--Valley Medical is your Disneyland.** In the first two weeks alone, they racked up over $600 in charges and I didn't even know until my phone started blowing up like I missed rent. No warning, no breakdown--just calls demanding payment like I ghosted a landlord I never met. The charges? Frequent, unnecessary urine tests and repetitive "checkups" that seemed designed more for insurance billing than actual care. It's like they built a business model around finding every possible insurance loophole, not healing people. And those telehealth calls? Beware. I was directly told by my insurance company that once the call hits 15 minutes, the price skyrockets. Suddenly my medical appointments felt like a speed-run challenge where I'm trying to escape before the meter explodes--meanwhile, they're dragging it out like they're on a podcast. Then came the harassment. Constant calls, voicemails, follow-ups--like a debt collector and a clingy ex had a baby and gave it a headset. I started wondering if they cared more about my copay than my condition. They claim to be connected to a religious organization, but the only spiritual experience I had was my soul leaving my body when I saw my bank account. This isn't just frustrating--it's harmful. If you're struggling, vulnerable, or genuinely seeking help, this place can make things worse. They don't just drop the ball--they roll it straight into your wallet and call it healthcare. If you're looking for real compassion, transparency, or support--keep looking. But if you're into high bills, bad vibes, and a customer service experience from the underworld... Valley Medical is your Disneyland.

Greetings. I met with Dr. Zaydman today, and my visit with her was absolutely the worst, most untrustworthy visit with any medical related person I have had in my life. As our visit went on, and listening to her her advice/plan, it was clear to me that she had her mind already made up before we began our visit. Her plan was to lower my medications to nearly half of what I have been taking for a number of years now, specifically referring to my Percocet. This decrease was exactly the opposite of my need for an increase with my meds, namely Methadone. She declined to give me any increase with my Methodone. She gave me an ultimatum to decrease my Klonipin by 1/2. Which I believe to be completely unethical and unhealthy. Regardless of the fact that I have been taking Klonipin for 30 years. I take this medication because I have severe anxiety, and because it is the only anxiety medication that allows me to sleep and helps through the day to keep my anxiety at bay. Reducing my Klonipin was 100% a 'shoot from the hip' decision. Though I explained my 30 years of use, and how well it has helped, she had no concern she had no concern for my reality. And, maybe my biggest issue, is how in the world does a 'fill in' person have the right to makes such changes to my medicines, and other treatments? Her actions we the type where I believed she was trying to take control of my case. And to be clear, I will not allow this to happen. And I have no intention of meeting with her again. Any corrective conversation or putative action will me up to the management team, but I strongly believe this terrible interaction needs to end in Dr. Zaydmans termination or, at the least, suspension. She caused my anxiety to rise to levels I have not felt, yet. I have a healthy belief that when meeting with anyone in the medical field should not be confrontational and for sure, should not cause any anxiety with patients. Thank you for listening. I am hoping to receive a call back from a manager to allow me relief against how full of anxiety I am... and anything more that might share what is going on. Jay
