“I have been a patient there for over 2 years. The last 6 months have been pure HELL!! I have not done anything wrong. Great pee tests. Sivili Vang is the provider. Every month there is a problem with me getting my prescription. She forgets to send it in. I call multiple times, and fight to get it. I had to drive into the office one time, for her to release it. This month, she didn't send it in. I called pharmacy to check on it. They didn't have it. This is on the day I was told by provider I could pick it up. 5:00pm, still not sent in. The stress is unbelievable. If I run out, I'm in withdrawal. This has turned into the biggest nightmare ever. I'm so disheartened in how this has become such a mess. EVERY month.”

The sheer level of incompetence borders on malice towards its patients. appointments that were made months out are rescheduled or just cancelled unilaterally, with no advanced notice, for no reason at all -- and this is a regular occurrence. The doctors regard their patients with suspicion and open hostility, refusing to meet reasonable requests with zero explanation. The staff answering the phone are rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.”
