What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Waheed has done several injections on me (too soon to tell if they are going to work or not) but he is so quick with his process and tries to make you feel comfortable and keep your mind off of what's going on. He also has a great bedside manner.”
— Shannon Vandenbergh
“The doctors are great, but their office staff are terrible. My wife has been having lower back pain for the past 6 months and today was supposed to be her follow up appointment after getting her MRI done after months of physical therapy. They cancelled her appointment and didn't inform her of it until she showed up. And now she has to wait two more months for the next appointment. We are calling around to other spine doctors in the area to try and get in earlier. I highly recommend going somewhere else to start with.”
— John Allen
“I have called multiple times over the last few weeks to move forward with a referral. For a medical practice dealing with people in serious pain this is ridiculous. If you call them, they will not get back with you. You may as well go back and ask for a new referral.”
— Gabe Dubin
“When I first started there a year ago after moving to the area and needing a new pain management doctor (I have fibromyalgia, herniated discs in my lower spine, pinched nerves, Hoffa syndrome, on top of a few impingements, one in my hip that will need a hip replacement. I've been through multiple injections, surgeries, and rounds of PT even after rheumatology said not to because it didn't help the first time it won't now.) my new primary referred me over to them. I saw the reviews and was very nervous but after visiting with the PA I felt like I was being heard somewhat and getting somewhere. Sadly she left the office a few months ago and they put me in with the new PA who was taking her place. With so many issues I know it's always a toss up with new doctors. This was no different. She was nice but misinformed. I've had back issues since 2009 and been dealing with fibro issues since middle school. She kept calling it a "new issue". As well as trying to push PT, which I literally had just completed after my last hip repair surgery in February where they told me there wasn't anything to be done right now because I've been having so many issues with my back. She also tried to play my pain off as just being from fibro and pushed me to get my cymbalta upped, which I've already tried twice in the past year with no relief. They then refused to up my medication any even tho I said it was helping some but not much and then said that I needed to go to a university pain management center where they can "treat me with better medications". They're words. Then they refused to refill what I am on even tho my refill ran out before I even got in anywhere. They had my primary send the referral and also wanted him to refill my meds which he said no. Some back and forth and they finally did. It went from being an office I actually liked going to, to being a headache in a matter of minutes. I'm now being referred to the pain center in Winchester. Hopefully they're not as stuck up. I wouldn't refer anyone here. I've yet to meet one doc here who looks at the file, with the exception of the one who left. It's beyond aggravating when talking to a doctor that literally doesn't listen, except to the own stigma in their head. Good luck to any future patients, you all will need it to maneuver this office properly.”
