“This is a great clinic. I've been working with them for a number of years now and they really have helped me with chronic pain that isn't going away, ever. Ive needed to learn to cope, exercise, learn and change many things as well minimize pain. I've worked with a couple of different providers and they all treat me like a person, not just some chart number. Sir Travis Dimmond (lots of initials here}, Dr. Jeffrey CJ Bentley (lots of initials here too) are two providers who have taken care of me as if was their bestie or something. They don't have a foot out of the door as soon as they walk into the room like many other physicians and practitioners do. The others who assist are excellent as well! Tracy, Teresa, to name a couple who are awesome. Anyway ... This is the place. Update on 1/7/25 They are as good as they ever was Update 1/8/25 I got a response from Intermountain after I gave the update. Just the pre programmed text. I took the time to write a review. I would appreciat it if you took the time to write a response. I realize you're a big company, and perhaps many people are leaving responses every day. I am also positive that you have a very large PR team. So Even Steven. Having a computer, send a thank you, is not a thank you. Imagine getting the exact same computer-generated happy birthday email from your brother every year. While it was just pre programmed into his email system. And your brother just kept moving along on his path and didn't miss a beat. Like that... downscale that by 99%, that's the example to make a point but on a lot less meaningful scale lol. I still give this place FIVE STARS! Doctor Bentley and Travis Dimmond are the two people I work with the most and I can't tell everybody how much I appreciate those two. They have helped me so much along my journey. They are the definition of medical professionals. The front desk and scheduling staff are amazing too. I know a few of the names, and I really want to say thanks personally to each of those as well, but there's others I don't know their names and I don't want them to feel left out. So I won't leave names, and I will just say all of them are awesome. It is true, you wouldn't think a front desk staff has that big of an influence on my health. They certainly do, in many ways! Sometimes I feel they have moved mountains on my behalf. So thanks to them too. A good team like that probably doesn't get recognized enough but they have my thanks and appreciation. Ok. Enough for today.”
