“The doctor and team did great. But I got billed incorrectly. They charged my insurance over $8,000 for botox to treat my migraines. I tried talking to Lakeview hospital, this clinic, and the billing company. Only one person said she would help me. By giving me number and emails to use to contact the correct person to talk to. But after multiple attempts and months and hours of my time. I could not get a hold of that person. And every other person said they could help me with payment plans but that all. They billed the wrong codes so I couldn't even use the botox reimbursement program. And I tried to tell them but they refused. I called multiple other clinic and got quotes for this procedure and they were all around $2,000. And those clinics also verified the codes that would be billed were not the ones I got billed for. You will get good care here from the providers. But you are risking having fraudulent billing done and being forced to pay thousands of dollars more. I would recommend looking elsewhere that will provide accurate billing, good customer service, along with there great medical care.”

“I don't have a problem with the doctor I saw. It was a normal doctor visit. The reason for the low rating is the extra bill I received on top of the doctor's bill. I wish I was informed prior to the visit and not in the waiting room when I was required to sign several documents that I was going to be billed from both the doctor and Lakeview Hospital for my appointment. Apparently Lakeview hospital bills an additional $200 just for using "their facilities" and by using "their facilities" it means you have an appointment at the center. Lakeview hospital performed no other services. The hospital bill was almost the same price as the doctor's bill. I noticed that the Utah Pain Management Center's official website does not include the Bountiful site as a place to leave feedback. I'm guessing that in order to keep their 5 star rating they don't want patients leaving feedback about this dishonest double billing practice agreement that they have going on between them and Lakeview Hospital.”
