“You make an appointment then they decide to change your appointment for another day and time but they don't call you or tell you they tell you that oh you be called you and talked to you know they didn't it's not even on my call log and it's a further out and then I'm going for cortisone shots because I'm in extreme pain and then find out I have to travel 30 miles to go there just for a stupid consult and then I'll end up having to wait another three months before I can get a shot to relieve my pain I'm in so much pain I can't even walk half a block I can't even clean my apartment but hey they're going to get more money”
