“Dr lady was nice at first. Had a procedure done and my leg went way too numb I couldn't walk for 2 days . Then I had cervical spine surgery and struggled with pain she then said I had fibromyalgia but I just had cervical spine surgery . She wanted me to pay for a medicine I can't afford and offered me nothing else. Tried to get trigger point injections and she ignored me saying she would schedule me soon and never did . I sought a new pain management company because my surgeon put in the referral . She then discharged me saying I broke contract but she didn't provide care .”
