The doctors are good but the "office manager" and receptionist are rude and lie. They don't follow the doctor's orders. I would give zero stars but since the doctors and PAs are good I'll give this business that.”

“Two weeks after applying for an appointment, these people have not called me back! I have called several times. I was transferred to another number which rang ten times, then i was asked to leave a message. The office seems to be totally incompetent. Better try a different place. update: they never called me back, so I went to the office, and they did not make an appointment, but said I needed to submit MRI, XRAY or some other history before getting an appointment? Are you kidding me? But I did that and several calls later I reached an appointment person at some distant location, who gave me an appointment four weeks later. Arriving at the appointment, they asked for my completed new patient packet. I told them I had not received anything from them so they gave me 25 sheets of forms, disclaimers, information on my pain(pains), legal threats on unpaid bills which they determine what is owed, in spite of any insurance they receive. I sat down to fill out, read, sign, all this paper and after a full hour, I had not completed the task. I would not have signed any of the pre-indebtedness documents any way, so I told the person at the window that this is not the place for me, cancel my request to be a patient. I asked if there was a doctor present that I could speak to briefly and they said no.Three days after my appointment I received New Patient Packet, with the same 25 forms. Put it in the waste basket. There is not a chance I would ever get involved with these people, as completely incompetent the office is. Is the Medical staff, if they have one, at the same level? Just asking.”

“Terribly disorganized,unhelpful and unsympathetic. Rude ,never return my calls or help me. Asked several times for acupuncture therapy never got it even after they said they would. Left me hanging and didn't care also hung up on me . 0 stars Very unprofessional.”

“Monday Wait, wait wait, for a shot for pain, acute pain needs to take priority.I never got a call back, it's the Monday the next week and I never got a call back. I had to go to urgent care for treatment. The name Universal Pain Management, pain management, they could help me so I'm going to find another pain management after going more than 10 years, it doesn't seem they care about my pain, I'm tired of the run around.”
