“I have been going there for 2 years seeing mag. Loved her. When had left they didn't notify any of her patients. the new doctor didn't even call me for my televisit I had to call them at the end of the day if you have to do a urine test once a month. you have to be there about 2 to get your medicines some people have to work the. new doctor they have she is very rude she doesn't seem like she cares about people. I will not be going by there their biggest mistake was mag leaving there.. My mother was going there she called them and told them she had covid on a Friday at 11:30 and need some meds. they told her there was nothing they could do bc theY closed in 30 min. She would have to call back monday.”

“This doctor is a total scam artist. I went in for a routine physical and ended up owing thousands of dollars. She and her office will lie and say everything is covered by your insurance when it's not and then request special lab work so they can charge you out the wazoo. Then, when you try calling their billing person to discuss the charges, nobody ever answers the phone. You have to go up to the office and demand that someone call you. When the incompetent billing person finally calls you, it's just to give you the " we're looking into it" runaround for months with no resolution. I will never return to this office again.”

“If I could give this office a negative rating I would. I have called and been in to the office no less than 6 times trying to get my medical records and those of my husband and children. I have left several messages on the office manager's voice mail and with the front receptionist but have never received a call back. Our PCP retired and records were transferred to this office. The last call I made I was told that they didn't have the paper charts only a digital copy. Per the former office Manager of my PCP Said this office received both, the paper chart and the digital copy. If they can not distribute something as simple as a medical record chart I would hate to see what they do to their own patient's records and charts!!”
