After a diagnoses of arthritis and explanation of the office procedure he was about to do, he gave my husband a steroid shot which immediately eliminated the pain he was experiencing. My husband walked out of there like a new man. Physical therapy probably would have taken weeks of visits and might not have helped at all.”

“I injured my right thumb in a skiing accident and came to this clinic to be evaluated. The receptionist gave me a clipboard with many forms on it, which I attempted to fill out. Very quickly I realized I couldn't write as it was my right thumb that was affected by my injury, and I could not hold a pen. I explained this to the receptionist and asked her if she could take verbally the critical information and when my husband came in about a half an hour he could finish filling out the forms. She said that would be fine, but she would not put me forward to see the medical staff until after the forms were filled out. I drove over to carbon health, urgent care.
