Patient Testimonials

I have been a client of this clinic for over 15 years. Great service and caring about my issues and quality of life. Highly recommend. Wait is worth it. Be serious about your expectations and actively participate to maximize your outcome. I will never be pain free but I am able to live my life the best I can. They care.

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 6 years. I had received great care from various physicians until they switched me to Weiya Ouyang, PA. She will not listen to your concerns, she will change your treatment plan and when you try to bring up how it has had a significant impact on your life, it doesn't matter. I asked the clinic to change physicians, but due to short staff, they wouldn't let me. I will not be returning to this clinic and called another clinic immediately to be seen.

All I can do is reiterate a lot of the reviews I'm seeing here. Since Dr Hess left I have been through countless employees, and I call them employees because none of them seem to be real doctors. When I did occasionally get one that seemed decent they were gone within a couple months. I see these people working at other clinics now so something must be scaring them off. The people I'm being seen by there all like to bad mouth their bosses (management). This gives me a very insecure feeling. I'm only going there to get my meds refilled which should be fairly simple but they complicate this and constantly try to change things around for me. I guess none of them ever heard the old saying that if it's not broken don't try to fix it. I have been going there every two to three months for over 5 years and now they just told me that management says that I need to be seen every month. For what? To talk about the nice weather? This almost seems like some type of an insurance scam to get more money from my insurance provider. There's absolutely no reason that I need to go there monthly to get a prescription filled. All that accomplishes is wasting my time, wasting the insurance companies money and forcing me to pay more co-pays. The last time I was there the nurse told me the doctor will be right with me as he is finishing up some injections with another patient. I thought to myself, that poor person. I wouldn't let these people draw blood from my finger let alone stick a needle in my back. All the doctors since Dr Hess been arrogant and plain rude. I was even told by one that if I didn't like how they were doing things then he will reduce my meds. Literally threatening me. As with any company you always see good and bad reviews but I'm wondering about the good reviews I'm seeing here for this place. No offense but are these people actually cognitive and aware of what's going on around them? I have dreaded going to this place for years now but kept going because it was only every 3 months and I could handle it. But now, contemplating going there every month has driven me to start looking for a new clinic and I hope to be out of there as soon as possible. To be honest, I feel that The person I'm seeing currently is just straight out lying to me and I really don't need to be going there every month. I think he just changed it to be an ass. I won't name names because I can't verify any of this but my instincts have always served me well my entire life and they are telling me now to move on. Normally I don't write such a long review but I sincerely feel that people need to know the truth about this place. If you are considering going to this facility I strongly recommend that you do your homework first. I mean think about it, how often do you see 3.0 reviews here. I normally don't even watch movies with less than a 4.0 rating.

United Pain Clinic should not be in business! the doctors there have no bedside manner, they place judgement right away! Don't give you a chance to be seen, heard or even feel worth their time! Save yourself the time, find another provider. Do your research , on the clinic, provider , ask a lot of questions. The thing I look at first are the reviews, they speak volumes. People who have gone through the experience know what they are talking about! United pain clinic is NOT a good place. Find another provider
