What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Khan is amazing. He listens and cares about his patients. He is the only one who is even trying to relieve my spinal pain. The staff however, do not return phone calls, and send requests for authorization to wrong insurance companies continually. The billing office is a mess! I have to constantly keep on them because they bill me for co pays, I already paid. They don't do insurance adjustments properly and it is very frustrating to deal with them. They bill with incorrect diagnosis codes, so claims get denied. Instead of them fighting with insurance companies on denials, it is always me that has to do it. The UHS system I guarantee is losing money hand over fist because of their billing personnel. If it wasn't for Dr. Khan, I would definitely go elsewhere for my injections.”

“Molly Robinson is truly one of a kind, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their pain management doctor. I've been living with unbearable pain making it almost impossible for me to take care of my kids, husband and home. For so long, I felt dismissed by other doctors. They chalked it up to anxiety or hormones and never really listened. Molly is different. She has always listened to me and made me feel like my pain is real and that I matter. The other day I broke down in her office and couldn't stop crying. I told her I felt like giving up because nothing was working. Instead of brushing me off, Molly listened, and reminded me that I shouldn't give up that eventually we'll find what works. Thank you, Molly, for your compassion, patience, and for always making me feel seen and heard.”

“I seen Helen Harris on Monday and she was very concerned and helpful about my pain. She made sure to explain everything and she didn't have me waiting long in the room, it was about 2 mins and the appointment didn't take long either. The nurse that came in before Helen was very concerned about how high my blood pressure was and she also kept a convo going. I recommend this pain management 100%.”

“Cori Pane was very nice, went to her for years, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. After her blaming fibromyalgia on everything I had wrong with me, I switched to neurosurgeons pain center on the Vestal Parkway. What a relief they put me on medication's that worked and sent to a rheumatologist immediately and another orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Sethi actually looked at my x-rays, then ordered another MRI and I had to have spine surgery immediately. The rheumatologist, said I had terrible structural damage, and the orthopedic doctor said I had arthritis everywhere. After working with a rheumatologist for a month, they diagnosed me with a terrible autoimmune disease, along with a secondary thyroid disease and have had it for years. I in treating this autoimmune disease and it wouldn't have been so bad as it is now now it has caused a lot of damage. I would not recommend them ever! Sure they're nice sound compassionate while doing nothing.”
