Patient Testimonials

The pain management there is a joke, been going there every 2 weeks for a year or better and they have completely done absolutely nothing for me. I had 8 ablations on my lower back at the same time, which did not work at all, and they never even called to say hey let's find out why, or even discussed anything after!!! They want that money, that's it!!! Please don't waste your time going here, they do not care about their patients at all, but that money, they want it!!! Switched to elkins wvu, so I'll see if they are any better. No option foe 0 stars, that's what they deserve!!!!

I obtained X-rays yesterday showing a non union fracture of my left shoulder and humerus. Wanted Sykes to see that when I kept complaining that something was wrong with my arm that I was in fact miserable and my arm was not healing properly. I'm almost a year into this and still have no use of my left arm really? So how long was I supposed to suffer with this injury before you Dr.Sykes took it seriously because if I recall correctly your exact words where 2 weeks in after surgery and my accident it's not that painful in your experience? Experience is operating not in the what my body is experiencing I explained several times that something wasn't right, it was down played and pushed off if your medical pa had not ordered tests for xray of my back I wouldn't have known about a sacral fracture. Which when you looked at the scan you only checked to see if my existing hardware was intact and I remember asking so nothing is broken and you told me I didn't Check that! To then tell me that it appeared that my sacrum was fractured. Given the reason why when I stood up or tried to walk my legs drew inward and shook like a paraplegic. I'm a over the down playing of my body or problems I deserve quality care from a professional who actually listens to their patients!

I like going here, but some of the staff is very disrespectful. Like if you don't like your job then why are you working there? Do not be disrespectful when someone calls you for a simple question.

Macy Green

I honestly wish zero stars was an option because that's what they deserve. No one can answer the phone or give you a call back. The patient care is far below the bare minimum even. They are disrespectful. They are very disorganized and don't know whether they are coming or going. Don't rely on them for a reply or relief. Honestly, what a disgrace to even be associated with WVU medicine.
