My daughter had to come for a nerve block. Knowing her pain was really bad, they got her in as soon as possible. The staff was nice and especially the nurse who took care of her. (I wish I remembered her name.) Over all they have worked on various plans to help my daughter with her chronic pain. - I do have to admit, they can be a little hard to get on the phone. They respond better on the UCSF MyChart app.

I've got sciatica and lower back pain. I have pain only my enemies should know. I was referred by my doctor. Someone finally called me and scheduled a Zoom call for today at 3:30. It's now after 4:00 and no call. I've been sitting here trying to to reach someone to no avail. I'm going to ask my doctor to refer me to another pain management provider. Who needs this aggravation when you're in constant pain.

Dr. Henry and Dr. Cheng and their nurses have been amazing. I have been in constant pain since I was injured 3/10/1999. the epidurals worked great but the steroids that made me feel better also caused me to gain A LOT of weight. Once the trial Spinal cord stimulator had time to work, I was finally almost pain free. I can not wait until the permanent unit is installed on Tuesday.
