“I wish I could have said the experience was better. It took a month to schedule a procedure for my partner and it was scheduled almost a month out. 2 months total of waiting for the actual procedure appointment. We trusted them with my partners MRI disk in April so they can upload it into the chart, which they offered to do, and they lost it. No where to be found just disappeared into thin air. I've called and sent portal messages multiple times and have been ignored. The clinic manager is not responsive at all. We've been waiting for some sort of resolution since April, but the manager doesn't care enough. MRIs aren't cheap and were required to even see the doctor and now we don't know how my partners care is going to work without the peace of information that is required by them. I'd recommend going to a different clinic if you want to work with actual professionals.”

“Front desk and authorization department are a joke I received a referral from my Orthopedic doctor over a month ago and it hasnt been touched. I was told they have over a thousand and they work in the order received. Aahley and Jason are rude and Claudia wont return phone calls. Don't waste your time with this clinic”
